Dental Injury

We recovered £3,750 for a client who damaged her teeth. She was eating a bowl of Tesco’s own brand bran flakes and bit on a hard object.

 

We sent a detailed letter of claim and photographs of the object to Tesco. As a result, Tesco accepted responsibility for the injury.

 

We obtained a specialist medical report. After our client had approved the report we sent it to Tesco’s lawyers and negotiated settlement of her claim for £3,750 as well as payment of our costs.
